Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She started participating in fitness contests when she was 16 after she quit her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. She won her Pro Card just one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. She began competing in fitness contests when she was 16, following the end of her childhood gymnastics career. In just one year she was able to earn her Professional Card when she was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now one of the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel had a break of six years from performing after earning her professional card in order to further the education. She came back in 2015 and continued from where she previously left off taking part in elite contests such as The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. After the initial event for a number of years, aiming for bigger and better targets each year. At the close of 2009, she had won four health titles. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel was on a break for a while when she earned her Professional card to get her degree from college. In October 2015, she made a return with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. They placed her third at the contest. In June of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for the Fitness Olympia. Three months later she took to the Olympia stage to take home the position of 6th in the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel states that she was more than proud of her placing. It is no surprise that Ariel was able to place well, considering that she was competing with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel enjoys working her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rowing, single arm lat pull-downs using a machine, pull-ups as well as seated rows. She will warm up before she moves onto the sets. Ariel makes use of her time effectively. How she does this is through supersetting her back exercises. Four or three supersets with 10-12 reps is done.
